Mirsad

Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between your organisation and UPT House for using Mirsad. Version 1, in effect from 12 October 2026.

About these terms

Mirsad (مرصاد) is the service at mirsadtender.com. It is a product of UPT House, a company registered in Jordan and based in Amman (“we”, “us”).

These terms are an agreement between us and the organisation you act for (“you”). You accept them by ticking “I agree” when you sign up, or by using Mirsad.

Our Acceptable Use Policy, Wallet and Payment Terms and AI and Sources page are part of these terms.

Version 1. Effective date: 12 October 2026.

Who can use Mirsad

Mirsad is for businesses and organisations, such as companies and NGOs. It is not offered to consumers for personal use.

To sign up, you must be 18 or over and have authority to accept these terms for your organisation.

Accounts and workspaces

  • Each account belongs to one person. Don't share it; invite your colleagues instead.
  • Your organisation's workspace can have several members, each with a role: owner, manager, member or viewer.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and sign-in links safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by the members you invite.

The service

Mirsad finds opportunities that may fit your organisation: public tenders, business leads and, for NGOs, grants and funding calls.

  • It collects notices from public sources and links each one to the official notice.
  • Mirsad's AI reads matching notices against the profile you give it (your services or programmes, countries and keywords) and scores the fit from 0 to 100, with a reason.
  • It can read websites you choose each morning, and search the web for opportunities if you turn that on.
  • A pipeline lets you track opportunities with stages, deadlines, notes, values and documents, with reminder emails before closing dates.

Mirsad is new, and its features may change, be added or be removed.

We work to keep Mirsad running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance, updates or security.

AI results and sources

Scores, summaries, reasons and drafted texts are produced automatically by Mirsad's AI. They can be wrong or incomplete.

Always check the official notice and its documents before you decide or bid. The decisions are yours.

Notices come from third-party sources, and Mirsad links to their websites. We don't control those sources or websites and are not responsible for them. See AI and Sources.

Your content

Your content is what you and your members put into Mirsad, such as your company profile, notes, documents, website addresses and website sign-ins. You own it.

You give us the right to store and process your content, including through our service providers, and to show it to your workspace's members. We use this right only to run Mirsad for you.

You are responsible for your content. Upload only documents you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful.

Documents are stored privately. Only your workspace's members can open them, through Mirsad.

Website sign-ins

You may give Mirsad a username and password for a website you want it to read. Share only sign-ins you are allowed to use this way, and make sure this doesn't break that website's terms.

  • Sign-ins are encrypted when you save them. Only Mirsad's background worker holds the key that unlocks them; the web app can't read them back.
  • They are used only to sign in to that one website and read the pages you chose.
  • Mirsad stops at CAPTCHAs and bot checks and never tries to get around them.
  • You can delete them at any time.

Acceptable use

Use Mirsad only for lawful business purposes and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.

Wallet and payments

Signing up and using Mirsad is free. The AI's work is paid from a prepaid wallet in US dollars, and you see the price before it runs.

Top-ups, balances, refunds, taxes and invoices are covered in the Wallet and Payment Terms.

Intellectual property

Mirsad's software, design and name belong to UPT House. You may use Mirsad for your organisation while these terms apply; no ownership passes to you.

Notices, tender documents and the names of sources belong to their owners.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Mirsad at any time and ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or end your access:

  • if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • if a payment due to us is not made;
  • if the law or an authority requires it; or
  • if we close the service. We will give 30 days' notice where possible.

Where reasonable, we warn you first. Before your data is deleted, you can ask for a copy of it. Unused paid balance is refunded as the Wallet and Payment Terms set out.

No guarantees

To the extent the law allows, Mirsad is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee:

  • that Mirsad finds every opportunity;
  • that sources are complete, accurate or available;
  • that AI results are correct;
  • that Mirsad is always available or free of errors; or
  • any business result, such as winning a bid or a grant.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost bids or grants;
  • our total liability for all claims is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

You will cover our losses and costs from claims that arise because you or your members misused Mirsad, broke these terms, or broke the terms of a website or source through Mirsad.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies Mirsad uses.

By agreeing to these terms, you also consent to personal data being stored and processed outside your country, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you in Mirsad and by email.

If a change is material, we will ask you to agree again before you carry on. If you don't agree, you can stop using Mirsad.

Law, courts and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Amman, Jordan.

These terms are in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
