What's free and what's paid

Signing up and using Mirsad is free. The AI's work is paid from a prepaid wallet in US dollars:

• scoring notices;
• reading websites;
• web searches;
• drafting your company description.

Prices

The price of each kind of work is shown in the cost calculator before it runs. You are charged only for work actually done.

Prices are set as a multiple of our own AI cost and may change. A change applies only to work done after it. We announce changes in Mirsad, at least 14 days ahead for increases.

Free credit

Each company gets a free starting credit of USD 5.

Free credit, including starting credit, promotional credit and the bonus that comes with a top-up pack, has no cash value and is never refunded.

During the free trial, before your first payment, free credit is used for tender matching and websites; web search becomes available after your first top-up or with the monthly plan.

Monthly plan

Instead of paying for each piece of work, you can pay a fixed price each month, shown in Mirsad. It is paid in advance, one month at a time.

• Included: tender matching, the morning reading of up to 10 websites, and one web search a day, within fair use.
• Anything beyond that, such as more web searches or pages sent with the Chrome extension, is paid from your wallet as usual.
• The plan ends at the end of the month you paid for, unless you pay for the next one.
• A month that has started isn't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Top-ups

• The minimum top-up is USD 20 (or JOD 15).
• For Jordanian workspaces, amounts may be invoiced in Jordanian dinars, with 16% general sales tax added.
• Pay by the methods shown in Mirsad or agreed with us. For now these are cash, bank transfer and CliQ; card payments will come later.
• You get a receipt for every payment, and an email when the credit is added to your wallet.

Balance and refunds

A paid balance stays valid for 12 months from your last top-up. Each new top-up starts the 12 months again; any balance left after that expires.

Balances are not refundable in cash, except:

• where the law requires it; or
• if we close the service, or end your account without you being at fault. We then refund your unused paid balance (not free credit).

When the balance runs out

Paid work stops until you top up. Free features keep working.

Invoices

Invoices are issued by UPT House and kept as tax law requires.
